Okay, so I’ve got three Derek shows that I’ve taped but not released. I’ve been remiss in my bootleg-sharing duties. That said, I’m working off that backlog this week—by Friday, I hope to have all three shows out in the wild. I started tonight with a show that’s 10 months old [egad]: Derek Webb in Trussville, AL back in October 2006. It’s a pretty solid pre-The Ringing Bell setlist, and it’s a soundboard, so that’s different than many of the recordings I do. [Not only is it a SBD, but it's a very good one---the folks at ClearBranch worked with me for half-an-hour to get a suitable setup. Very much appreciated by me.]
Here’s the setlist:
- [introduction] (1:25)
- I Want a Broken Heart (4:32)
- Nobody Loves Me (3:45)
- [stage banter] (2:46)
- Mockingbird (4:12)
- A New Law (4:06)
- A King and a Kingdom (2:53)
- [stage banter] (0:32)
- I Hate Everything But You (4:17)
- [stage banter] (2:10)
- What You Want (3:59)
- [stage banter] (1:45)
- Saint and Sinner (4:09)
- [stage banter] (0:19)
- Rich Young Ruler (3:40)
- [stage banter] (3:00)
- My Enemies Are Men Like Me (4:58)
- Wedding Dress (5:03)
- [stage banter] (2:18)
- Lover (4:44)
Give ‘er a try. You can grab the show at IndieRiver, but you’re gonna need an account. Lucky for you, they’re free.
Many thanks, Geof. Now I’m miffed at myself for having turned off my web proxy and closed Azureus before I left home. Otherwise I’d be starting the download here from the office.
You’re quite welcome, Rae. Happy to do it. I’ll have another one online tonight.
Yay Trussville!
